Thank you for your email and I would like to let you know that I am actually taking delivery of the Town & Country that I inquired about this afternoon.  I was very impressed with the level of knowledge that Charlie had regarding the vehicle.  We had been to several places and most of the people we talked to were very obviously not educated about the features, etc of the mini-vans we were looking at.  Both my wife and I were extremely satisfied that Charlie was able to answer all of our questions and point out several features that we hadn't known about.
 
The entire experience was extremely positive and, while I would have liked to received more for my trade-in (who wouldn't?), I believe that we made a fair deal.
 
We have bought several cars over the past 6 or so years (both new and used) and I can say without hesitation that our experience with Zimmer (so far) has been the smoothest, fairest, and most professional that we have had.
